Select Access is excited to be among the exhibitors at the annual Facilities Management Ireland Show. It will take place at the RDS in Dublin on Tuesday March 6 and Wednesday March 7. Look out for Select Access Safety Systems at stand B2.
Our Sales, Technical and System Maintenance representatives will be on hand, as will our director Graham Akroyd. We are very much looking forward to Graham’s presentation to the exhibition on the first day of the show.
As Ireland’s leading consultant in work at height safety systems, we are the specialists best placed to advise on all your queries regarding:
Suspended Access Systems
Our fully BIM qualified technical team can talk through your specific building needs. They will propose solutions that are both commercially viable and have perfect integration with the architecture of your building.
An example of such work is the BMU that we installed and maintain in the Central Bank of Ireland.
This shows the true potential of these systems when working in an area with challenging access.
Inspection & Maintenance
At Select Access, we have one of the largest and most experienced teams of independent testers in Ireland. Our team carries out inspections on facilities the length and breadth of the country on a daily basis.
To be fully compliant with all building and statutory regulations, your systems must be checked at least every 12 months, after operation in the event of a fall, and after contact with a foreign object.
We carry out testing to many different types of system. These include:
- Fall Arrest Systems
- Abseiling Equipment
- Fixed and Unfixed Ladders
- Single Anchor Points
We also have a fully qualified team of IRATA trained rope access operatives with more than 30 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
As well as the above, our team are on hand to carry out all your reactive maintenance needs. We boast an average response time of 30 hours. We work with various multi-national and pharmaceutical companies keeping us well versed in the most stringent of health, safety and security procedures.
As part of our hierarchy of control approach we always aim to provide a collective measure for your roof areas. We have installed thousands of kilometres of free standing guardrail and see this as solution suitable for almost any facility.
These systems are quick to install. They provide a collective measure of fall prevention and do not require any penetration of the roofing system.
We look forward to assisting you with your specific access requirements and your PPM schedules at the upcoming Facilities Management Ireland Show.
